If you want to start a return email us at nyfittingroom@aol.com and we will email you back a return label. Please include your order number.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund to your original credit card.
Once we receive your return your refund to the credit card used will be processed.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept for return any items that have been worn, washed or show signs of having been worn.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return a refund to the original credit card will be processed. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your end.
